Prophecy

You have ascended on high; You have led captives away. You have received gifts from men, even from the rebellious, that the LORD God may dwell there. Psalms 68:18

Fulfillment

While He was blessing them, He left them and was carried up into heaven. Luke 24:51

After He had said this, they watched as He was taken up, and a cloud hid Him from their sight. Acts 1:9

This is why it says: “When He ascended on high, He led captives away, and gave gifts to men.” Ephesians 4:8
